Bob Liu – President & Visionary Leader
Born in Hong Kong, China, Bob Liu has been a Miami resident for over 49 years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami.
In 2005, Bob served as Vice President of a leading real estate development firm, where he led the conversion of several hundred condominium units and the renovation and development of over 50 luxury and median-priced single-family and multi-family homes in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
With decades of experience, Bob has an in-depth understanding of the construction industry and remains passionate about bringing visionary projects to life. His expertise continues to shape LiuCon Development’s reputation as a premier builder and developer of luxury single-family homes, multi-family residences, and commercial properties in South Florida.
